  • MacBook Repairs: Logic board repair, keyboard replacement, display repair, battery replacement, SSD upgrades
  • iPad Repairs: Screen replacement, digitizer repair, charging port replacement, button repairs
  • Apple Watch Services: Screen replacement, battery replacement, water damage recovery, band connector repair
  • iMac Services: Display repair, logic board repair, hard drive replacement, memory upgrades
  • AirPods Services: Battery replacement, charging case repair, audio quality fixes

1 Diagnosis & Quote

Free comprehensive diagnosis of your device with transparent pricing before any repair work begins.

2 Authorization

Written authorization required before proceeding with any repairs. You have the right to decline any recommended service.

3 Professional Repair

Expert repair using genuine Apple parts or high-quality certified alternatives with proper documentation.

4 Quality Testing

Comprehensive testing and quality assurance before device return, including functionality verification.

Service Limitations

  • Some water-damaged devices may not be repairable

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty Claims

To claim warranty service, present your original repair receipt and contact us within the warranty period. We'll evaluate the issue and provide free repair if covered under warranty terms.

  • Express Service: 20% additional charge for same-day repair service
  • Parts Ordering: 50% advance payment for special order parts
  • Pickup/Delivery: No additional charges within 10km of our service center

Pricing & Quotes

  • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) including applicable taxes
  • Repair quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue
  • Parts prices may vary based on availability and market conditions
  • Additional charges may apply for complex diagnostic requirements
  • No hidden fees - all costs are clearly itemized in your quote

Payment Policies

  • No refunds for completed repairs that meet specified requirements
  • If repair cannot be completed, full refund of any advance payment
  • Cancellation after parts ordering may incur restocking fees
  • Devices not collected within 30 days may incur storage charges

Tax & GST

All services are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Indian tax regulations. GST-compliant invoices are provided for all transactions. Our GST registration number is available upon request.

We understand your device contains sensitive personal and professional data. We have strict protocols to protect your privacy throughout the repair process.

Data Backup Recommendations

  • Before Service: We strongly recommend backing up your device using iCloud, iTunes, or Finder
  • Data Security: Remove or disable sensitive apps, payment methods, and personal information
  • Find My: Disable Find My iPhone/iPad to allow proper testing and service
  • Passcode: You may need to provide your passcode for diagnostic testing
  • Two-Factor Authentication: Temporarily disable 2FA if it may interfere with testing

  • Minimum Access: We only access data necessary for diagnostic and repair purposes
  • No Data Mining: We never browse, copy, or extract your personal data

  • Temporary Backups: Any diagnostic backups are automatically deleted after repair completion

Data Loss & Recovery

  • We are not responsible for data loss during legitimate repair procedures

  • Touch ID/Face ID: Biometric features may need recalibration after screen repairs

Data Recovery Services

We offer specialized data recovery services for severely damaged devices. Success rates vary based on damage type and extent. Data recovery attempts are performed at additional cost with no guarantee of success.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality repair services, certain limitations apply to our liability and service guarantees.

Maximum Liability

Liability Cap

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the cost of the repair service provided, not to exceed the current market value of your device.

Excluded Damages

We are not liable for the following types of damages:

  • Consequential Damages: Lost profits, business interruption, or opportunity costs
  • Data Loss: Loss of data, photos, contacts, or other digital content
  • Software Issues: iOS/macOS corruption not directly caused by hardware repair
  • Third-Party Apps: Compatibility issues with third-party applications
  • Time-Sensitive Losses: Missed calls, appointments, or deadlines due to device downtime
  • Cosmetic Preferences: Minor color variations or cosmetic differences in replacement parts

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions
  • Supply chain disruptions affecting parts availability
  • Utility failures or internet service interruptions
  • Labor disputes or transportation delays

Pre-Existing Conditions

Device Condition Assessment

  • We thoroughly document device condition before repair
  • Pre-existing damage or wear is noted and excluded from warranty
  • Hidden damage may be discovered during repair process
  • Additional issues found during repair will be disclosed before proceeding

Insurance & Protection

We maintain comprehensive business insurance to protect against operational risks. However, customers are encouraged to maintain their own device insurance or extended warranty coverage for maximum protection.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts under Indian law.

User Responsibilities

Device Ownership & Authorization

Proof of Ownership Required

You must provide valid proof of device ownership (purchase receipt, warranty card, or government ID matching device registration) for all repair services.

  • Legal Ownership: You warrant that you are the legal owner or authorized user of the device
  • Authorization: You have the right to authorize repairs and modifications to the device
  • Stolen Devices: We do not service devices reported as lost or stolen
  • Corporate Devices: Company devices require written authorization from the organization
  • ID Verification: Valid government-issued photo ID required for all services

Pre-Service Preparation

  • Data Backup: Create complete backups of all important data before service
  • Security Settings: Disable Find My iPhone/iPad and remove passcodes when requested
  • Personal Information: Remove or secure sensitive personal and financial information
  • Accessories: Remove all cases, screen protectors, and non-essential accessories
  • Honest Disclosure: Accurately describe the device issues and any previous repairs

During Service Period

  • Communication: Respond promptly to our requests for authorization or additional information
  • Accessibility: Remain accessible via provided contact information during repair period
  • Decision Making: Make timely decisions regarding additional repairs or costs discovered
  • Payment: Pay all authorized charges promptly upon service completion
  • Collection: Collect your device within reasonable time after completion notification

Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding device usage, import/export restrictions, and intellectual property rights.

  • Import Regulations: Comply with Indian customs and import regulations for international devices
  • Software Licensing: Maintain valid licenses for all software on your device
  • Prohibited Content: Devices must not contain illegal or prohibited content
  • Privacy Laws: Comply with applicable data protection and privacy regulations
  • Warranty Terms: Understand that third-party repairs may void manufacturer warranties

Post-Service Responsibilities

  • Testing: Thoroughly test all device functions before leaving our premises
  • Warranty Claims: Report any warranty issues promptly within the specified period
  • Proper Usage: Use the device according to manufacturer specifications and guidelines
  • Care Instructions: Follow any specific care instructions provided for repaired components
  • Feedback: Provide honest feedback about our services to help us improve

Prohibited Actions

  • Attempting to service locked or stolen devices
  • Requesting illegal modifications or bypasses

  • Service Marks: We use Apple trademarks only to identify compatibility and service categories

Fair Use & Educational Purpose

Termination of Service

Service Termination Reasons

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service under the following circumstances:

Immediate Termination

  • • Suspected stolen or fraudulent devices
  • • False information about ownership
  • • Threatening or abusive behavior
  • • Illegal content on devices
  • • Violation of our policies

Service Refusal

  • • Devices beyond economical repair
  • • Inability to verify ownership
  • • Safety concerns with device condition
  • • Non-payment of previous services
  • • Capacity or technical limitations

Customer-Initiated Cancellation

  • Before Repair: Full refund of any advance payment if repair has not commenced
  • During Diagnosis: No charges for cancellation during free diagnosis period
  • After Parts Ordered: Cancellation may incur parts restocking fees
  • Partial Completion: Payment required for completed work and non-returnable parts
  • Device Collection: Devices must be collected within 48 hours of cancellation notice

Suspension of Service

Temporary Suspension

Service may be temporarily suspended for:

  • Non-payment of outstanding invoices
  • Pending verification of device ownership
  • Investigation of policy violations
  • Safety concerns requiring additional evaluation

Effect of Termination

  • Immediate Effect: All services cease immediately upon termination
  • Payment Obligations: Outstanding payments remain due regardless of termination
  • Device Return: Devices will be returned in current condition
  • Warranty Void: Termination may void existing warranty coverage
  • Data Deletion: Any temporary backups or diagnostic data will be securely deleted

Unclaimed Devices

Device Collection Policy

Devices not collected within specified timeframes are subject to the following policy:

  • 0-30 days: Free storage with completion notification
  • 31-60 days: Storage fees apply (₹100 per week)
  • 61-90 days: Final notice sent with additional fees
  • 90+ days: Device may be disposed of per legal requirements

Reinstatement

Terminated customers may request service reinstatement by addressing the issues that led to termination. Reinstatement is at our sole discretion and may require additional terms or conditions.
